Belle Park Fairways Opens for the Season!

April 16, 2013 -

A sure sign of spring, Belle Park Fairways – the municipally-run golf course –  is ready to accommodate eager golfers. The 9-hole, 3,000 yard golf course offers a fun, exciting and challenging experience for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Luke Follwell, Manager Recreation Facilities for the City of Kingston, sees Belle Park Fairways as a hidden gem within the City.  "Located just five minutes from the city centre and easily accessible by public transit, Belle Park Fairways is the perfect getaway for a quick nine holes at lunch, after work or during the weekend. The views of the city and over the river are exceptional."

The practice green and a driving range with 15 tee boxes on artificial turf complete the package. The golf course is now open to the public daily from 7 a.m. to dusk, seven days a week.

Also on site are three tennis courts and basketball court and scenic walking trails, all free to the public.
