Bylaw to designate 305-323 Rideau St., also known as the Bailey Broom Factory, to be of cultural heritage value and interest

March 31, 2015 -

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Heritage Act (R.S.O. 1990, chapter 0.18)

Take notice that the council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston on March 24, 2015 passed Bylaw Number 2015-19 under section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter 0.18, to designate the lands at 305-323 Rideau St., (Part of Lot 13 RP B3, now Part 2, Plan 13R-20924), City of Kingston, also known as the Bailey Broom Factory, to be of cultural heritage value and interest.
