Canada Day celebrations to continue rain or shine

All Canada Day programming is planned to continue rain or shine. If there is severe weather it may impact the events. Any cancellations will be announced on the City of Kingston's Twitter feed (@CityofKingston) and/or Facebook page (www.facebook.com/TheCityofKingston).
