null City's new recreation and leisure guide helps plan your fall and winter fun

Look no further than your doorstep for great ways to stay active this fall and winter: The City of Kingston's Recreation and Leisure Guide is inside this week's delivery of Kingston This Week. You can also download the guide by clicking on the cover image at www.CityofKingston.ca/programs.
"The City offers fantastic and affordable ways for the whole family to be active and have fun. Courses for kids and adults include hip-hop, belly-dancing, arts programs, karate and kickboxing," says Lynda Breen, Supervisor, recreation programs.
Information on fall and winter aquatic and skating programs are also included in the new recreation and leisure guide.
Breen reminds residents to register early: "If you wait until the last minute, programs may be full or could get cancelled."
Registration begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017.
- Go to www.CityofKingston.ca/eCity. You need a unique client bar code number (Log-in ID) for each participant, and a Family Account PIN. If you don't already have one, call 613-546-4291 ext. 1700/1800 before registration day.
- In person at Artillery Park Aquatic Centre, 382 Bagot St. and INVISTA Centre, 1350 Gardiners Rd.
