null City seeks feedback on redesigned website
June 13, 2013 -
The City wants your opinion on its redesigned website at www.CityofKingston.ca.
"The redesign is complete, but the City wants to continue to improve the website to better serve all Kingstonians and visitors, whether they are at their desks or on the move," says Susan Nicholson, Director of Corporate Affairs.
The Web Satisfaction survey – at www.CityofKingston.ca/city-hall/get-involved – asks users of the City's website questions about how they use the site, its content and its visual appeal. Responses can be submitted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 28.
This is the first redesign of the City's website in more than a decade. It took place in two phases over the course of the past year. During Phase One, the City worked with eSolutions Group, in consultation with public and internal stakeholders, to develop the design. For Phase Two of the project, the City hired Intelliware to assist with the technical reshaping of the site – a massive undertaking that included the restructuring of more than 4,500 pages of content and the uploading of online tools.
