City to review and update inventory of commercial space
April 7, 2015 -
The City of Kingston is undertaking a review to update the City's commercial land inventory and determine the future market for commercial space within the city. This review will provide guidance and policy recommendations to update and improve the city's commercial structure.
As part of the review, the City is asking residents to complete a brief online consumer survey www.CityofKingston.ca/getinvolved to help better understand their shopping habits and preferences. Survey responses are anonymous. At the end of the survey residents have the option to provide their names and contact information, which will be used to enter a random draw for one of three $50 gift cards. The survey will be open until Friday, April 17.
"The Commercial Land Review is a very important study to guide the City as we look at future growth and development of commercial space," said manager of policy planning Cherie Mills.
