Committee & Board Recruitment

September 10, 2013 -

Want your voice to be heard? This is your opportunity!

We are looking for interested Kingston citizens to participate on one of our local boards, commissions, or citizen committees.

In November 2013, Council will appoint interested residents to fill vacancies on City committees. Appointment terms vary, however committee work is conducted on a monthly basis.

Committees provide Council and staff with input through discussions, presentations, and recommendations. Kingston welcomes citizens who represent the diverse backgrounds of our community. Becoming a member of a committee offers residents the chance to volunteer unique skills and knowledge to strengthen our shared sense of community.
