Minor Variance to reduce the number of on-site parking stalls from 219 stalls to 175 stalls, in order to facilitate the removal of the upper level of a two-level parking structure.

D13-028-2016 – 77 - 85 MacCauley St.

Minor Variance to request relief from the parking requirements of Zoning By-Law Number 8499 to permit a parking area in excess of 30 square metres in the interior side yard and rear yard for an existing school, proposed community centre and proposed library located in the "A5" zone.

D10-174-2015 – 61 Montgomery Blvd.

Consent to sever an 847 square metre parcel of lands with 18 metres of road frontage on Montgomery Blvd. The retained 1037 square metre parcel of land will have 18 metres of road frontage on Montgomery Blvd. and will contain the single family dwelling municipally addressed as 61 Montgomery Blvd.

Minor Variance to reduce the distance between a drivethrough facility and a residential use or residential zone from 50 metres to 3 metres, and to reduce the minimum parking space size requirements. The subject property is zoned "C-8" in Zoning By-Law Number 32-74 and designated "District Commercial" in the Rideau Community Secondary Plan of the City of Kingston Official Plan.
