D13-022-2016 – 451 Bagot St.

Minor variance to reduce the minimum aggregate side-yard requirement, minimum interior side-yard setback requirement for both the proposed rear addition and uncovered, attached deck and increase the maximum permitted building-depth requirement for a rear addition.

D13-023-2016 – 440 Maureen St.

Minor variance to reduce the minimum side-yard setback requirement in the general provisions in Zoning Bylaw Number 32-74 to permit installation of an air conditioner 0.21 metres from the interior side-lot line.

D13-024-2016 – 409 Front Rd.

Minor variance to reduce the number of parking spaces and barrier-free parking spaces required for an industrial establishment according to Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26.

D13-025-2016 – 496 Bagot St.

Minor variance to increase the maximum permitted building depth on the subject property in the ‘A' zone in Zoning Bylaw Number 8499 to permit construction of a single-family dwelling and attached garage.

D13-026-2016 – 1200 Highway 15

Minor variance to reduce the distance between a drive-through facility and a residential use or residential zone from 50 metres to 3 metres in Zoning Bylaw Number 32-74 to permit the construction of a drive-through facility.
