D13-011-2016 - 2716 Bur Brook Rd.

Permission to redevelop a single-family dwelling and detached garage in the same area of the property.

D13-018-2016 - 3 Lakeshore Blvd.

Minor variance to reduce the rear-yard setback to permit a portion of a proposed single-family dwelling within the required rear yard of the property.

D13-005-2016 - 174 Princess St.

Minor variance to reduce required parking spaces for two new residential units from two to zero to accommodate the renovation and additions to the existing structure which will consist of two commercial units and two residential units.

D13-020-2016; D10-016-2016 - 32 Fergus St.

Minor variance and consent to demolish the existing single-detached dwelling and construct a new semi-detached dwelling to be severed along the common party wall, and to reduce the minimum lot area.
