What should Kingston's Mayor and Members of Council be paid?

The Citizen Committee to Review Council Remuneration is looking for two community members to help decide on fair compensation for the Mayor and Members of Council. The committee will make recommendations to Council in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Interested? Your experience in financial services, business and economics, human resources, strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork along with strong personal and/or analytical skills would be an asset.

About the Committee: It has eight voting members, comprised of five sector representatives – one each from the business community, healthcare community, non-profit sector, educational community, and organized labour community, two community members at large, and one former Member of Council elected after 2003.

Appointment: August to December 2013
