Community groups: get a suite deal at the Rogers K-Rock Centre
April 1, 2015 -
Community organizations can once again apply to use the City of Kingston's community suite at Rogers K-Rock Centre for Kingston Frontenacs' home games during the regular hockey season that take place between September 2015 and March 2016. Use of the suite includes complimentary tickets to the game.
Groups eligible to apply include: incorporated not-for-profit agencies, registered charities, minor sports associations, service clubs and community organizations in the Census Metropolitan Area (CMA) which include Township of South Frontenac, Township of Frontenac Islands, Loyalist Township and the City of Kingston.
Groups interested in applying for this suite deal should:
- review the community suite allocation guidelines at www.CityofKingston.ca/communitysuite; and
- fill out the form at the end of the guidelines and return it by noon on June 1 to email@example.com or fax it to 613-546-3004.
Due to the limited number of home games, applications will be approved by the City on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will then have their names entered in a random draw to receive the date of their home game.
Successful applicants when using the suite are responsible for the cost of food and beverages consumed. Groups that applied last season must reapply to be considered for events for this upcoming year.
