The City is inviting residents to attend one of two consultant-led workshops on the Central Kingston Growth Strategy. The content of both sessions will be the same. The City’s project team and consultants from WSP will be seeking feedback on: As-of-right development permissions within neighborhoods and zones identified in the study areas, while determining which elements should remain, change or be included in the new framework; Proposed intensification areas, based on the identified intensification criteria; and, The form and scale of intensification that may be appropriate within intensification areas and key measures which are appropriate for transition between the proposed intensification areas an existing neighborhoods.
