Plan to stay active this spring and summer with the City of Kingston's Recreation and Leisure Guide due to arrive on your doorstep in this week's Kingston This Week. The guide is also available for download – just click on the cover image at www.CityofKingston.ca/programs.
"We've got camps, hip-hop classes, woodworking courses, filmmaking, belly-dancing, mom & daughter yoga and tennis programs – and lots more fantastic, affordable ways for the whole family to have a great time and stay active," says Jaclyn Grimmon, manager, recreation programs.
You can register online for the City's spring programs now and for its summer programs starting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23 at www.CityofKingston.ca/ecity (the programs can all be viewed online now).
If you have not registered online at www.CityofKingston.ca/ecity before you will need a family PIN number and personal ID number. Call to get them at 613-546-4291, ext. 1700/1800.
You can also register for programs in person:
- Recreation & Leisure Showcase – Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, 53 Yonge St.
- Artillery Park Aquatic Centre, 382 Bagot St. – Starting March 23, 6 p.m.
- INVISTA Centre, 1350 Gardiners Rd. – Starting March 23, 6 p.m.
