Free drop-in exercise classes offered during City's Fitness Frenzy

September 14, 2016 -

Rev-up your fall fitness routine during Fitness Frenzy. The week-long initiative offered by the City's Recreation and Leisure Services Department runs Monday, Sept. 19 to Sunday, Sept. 25, and invites residents to try some of the City's most popular exercise classes without paying the drop-in fee or program enrolment usually required to participate.

Free classes offered at Artillery Park Aquatic Centre and INVISTA Fitness and Wellness Centre include a variety of yoga classes, aquafit, kick boxing, Cycle Fit and strength training.

Spaces are limited and participants are required to sign in at the front desk 20 minutes before the class begins.

The complete schedule of Fitness Frenzy classes is online at CityofKingston.ca/Fitness.
