Kingston Fire & Rescue to observe minute of silence on Sept 11

When: 9:58 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018

Where:  Fire Station 4, 271 Brock St. and Station 7, 905 Woodbine Rd.

Who: Kingston Fire & Rescue staff

What: A moment of silence to honour firefighters, paramedics, police officers and civilians who perished in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.

Kingston Fire & Rescue will be observing one minute of silence in honour of the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 tragedy on the 17th Anniversary of the attacks, on Tuesday at Station #4, 271 Brock St. and Station #7, 905 Woodbine Rd.  Staff will assemble at 9:58 a.m. (one minute prior to the time of the collapse of the south tower of the World Trade Center) and observe the minute of silence starting at 9:59 a.m.
