DowntownKingston's! Princess Street Promenade event is designed to make Princess Street a pedestrian-friendly, vehicular-free festival zone, to promote the use of active transportation (walking, cycling or riding Kingston Transit) to get downtown. Kingston's main street will be closed to motorized vehicles from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Division and Ontario streets.
