Notice of Amendment to Bylaw Number 87-355 to Reflect the Cultural Heritage Value and Interest of 9 North Street, also known as the former Imperial Oil Building

Pursuant to the Provisions of the Ontario Heritage Act (R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18)
Take Notice that the council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston on January 6, 2015 passed Bylaw Number 2014-187 under the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18, to amend Bylaw Number 87-355 to update the Reasons for Designation for the property at 9 North St., known as the former Imperial Oil Building (Part Farm Lot A, Concession West of the Great Cataraqui River, Being Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 13R-20953, City of Kingston).
