Notice of Decision
The Corporation of the City of Kingston
TAKE NOTICE that on June 20, 2013, the Director of Planning and Development Department, of The Corporation of the City of Kingston, approved the establishment of a crematorium at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd. (File No. D11-011-2013). This will provide for a crematorium to be constructed within an existing carport at the northeast corner of the existing funeral home. Two parking spaces will be removed from within the existing carport to accommodate the crematorium. There are no alterations proposed to the site grading, drainage or surface of the existing site.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the applicant, Registrar or any person with an interest therein may, within 15 days after publication of this notice, refer the decision to the Ontario Municipal Board for a Hearing.
