Part of Lot 13 on Registered Plan B-3, City of Kingston, more particularly described as Part 2 on Plan 13R-20924, being 0.276 hectare of land municipally described as 305-323 Rideau St. Known as the Bailey Broom Factory, the property is designated under City of Kingston Bylaw 2015-19 as a property of cultural heritage value and interest.
