Notice of Intention to Stop Up, Close, Declare Surplus and Dispose of Municipal Property

PURSUANT TO the City's Public Notice Policy take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston intends to consider the following actions with regard to municipal property:
- To stop up and close, declare surplus and dispose of a portion of the road allowance known as Creighton Street in the City of Kingston more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 13R-20842; and
- To stop up and close, declare surplus and dispose of the lane south of 510 Frontenac St., shown as a lane on Registered Plan B-18 in the City of Kingston, more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 13R-20841;
City Council will consider these matters on April 1, at 7:30 p.m. at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Kingston. Plans showing the affected lands are available for review at the address noted below during regular business hours.
Anyone wishing to be heard regarding these matters should contact the Clerk's Office or provide written comments before 4:30 p.m., March 31. In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
