Notice of passing a bylaw to designate 1621 Jackson Mills Rd., also known as the Orser House, to be of cultural heritage value and interest

May 12, 2015 -

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Heritage Act (R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18)

Take notice that the council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston on May 5, 2015 passed Bylaw Number 2015-50 under section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18, to designate the lands at 1621 Jackson Mills Rd., (part of lots 11 and 12, Concession 4, city of Kingston, county of Frontenac) also known as the Orser House, to be of cultural heritage value and interest.
