Notice of passing - Bylaw to designate 520 Princess St. to be of cultural heritage value and interest

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Heritage Act (R.S.O. 1990, Chapter 0.18)

Take Notice that the council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston on Sept. 4, 2018 passed Bylaw Number 2017-143, as amended, under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O.
1990, Chapter 0.18, to designate the following lands to be of cultural heritage value and interest:

520 Princess St. (Part Lots 740-741, Plan A12 as in FR177631; S/T Interest in FR177631; City of Kingston, County of Frontenac), known as the Bermingham-Harty House.
