Vote in the municipal election online or by telephone starting today.
"We are pleased to offer additional voting options for this election. Our aim is to make casting a ballot as convenient as possible," says Kevin Arjoon, Assistant Returning Officer.
Municipal electors can cast ballots using one of these three options:
Online or by telephone:
Remote polls will open October 14, 2014 at midnight – and will accept your vote until 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 23, 10 Days of Advance Remote Voting. These options are available to voters who received a Voter Information Notice. Online and telephone voting instructions appear on the card.
Vote in-person at your Advance Poll from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.
Your Advance Poll location is on your Voter Information Notice. Bring it with you to vote along with acceptable identification – such as a Driver's Licence or identification with your name and qualifying address.
Didn't receive a card? You can still vote at the advance poll with acceptable identification.
Vote in-person at your poll from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Voting Day Monday, Oct. 27.
Your poll location is on your Voter Information Notice. Bring it with you to vote along with acceptable identification – such as a Driver's Licence or identification with your name and qualifying address.
Didn't receive a Voter Information Notice? You can still vote at the Advance or Voting Day polls with acceptable identification.
