The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
556 Princess St. – Nathan Patry & Mark McGrath – D35-004-2016
Application for Official Plan amendment and Zoning Bylaw amendment to renovate and expand the existing building on the subject property to accommodate three, five-bedroom dwelling units, with the required parking provided off-site.
965 Milford Dr. – Dawn House Women's Shelter – D14-009-2016
Proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment to establish a site-specific Residential Type 4 Zone ‘R4-X' to permit residential and office uses on the subject property.
484 Days Rd. – S.J.O. Enterprises Limited – D14-011-2016
Application for Zoning Bylaw amendment to amend the site-specific zoning of the property, which currently permits a dental office and an accessory dwelling unit, to permit additional neighbourhood commercial and residential uses.
1471-1479 John Counter Blvd. & 16 Terry Fox Dr. – Martin Group of Companies – D14-012-2016
Proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment to establish a site-specific Business Park Zone ‘M9.X' to expand the list of permitted uses on the subject properties.

Commercial Land Review Final Report - PC-16-042
The Commercial Land Review has been completed by SGL Planning and Design Inc. and urbanMetrics inc. This report presents the results of the Review and recommends that the recommendations of the Review be implemented through an Official Plan amendment, distinct from the on-going Official Plan Update, and zoning standards be considered through the comprehensive zoning bylaw project.
