Planning Committee - Public Notice - June 20, 2019

The City of Kingston planning committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Public Meeting

235 & 243 Colborne St. & 60, 62, & 64 Elm St. – Podium Development – D14-114-2015

This is an application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment to develop two multiple-unit buildings in a stacked townhouse format with a total of 24 dwelling units. The properties currently contain four residential buildings and an accessory building. The application consists of a request to demolish the existing buildings, consolidate the lands into two parcels, and redevelop each resulting lot with a multiple unit building, one fronting on Colborne Street with 16 units and the other fronting on Elm Street with 8 units. The proposed unit size for all 24 units is three bedrooms per unit, for a total of 72 bedrooms. This is the second public meeting for this proposal.
