Permission for the demolition and reconstruction of a residential dwelling, partially within the Floodplain zone, in a similar location as the existing dwelling, and minor variance to increase the maximum height for the proposed two-storey dwelling.
D13-031-2016 – 104 Ellerbeck St.
Minor variance to request a reduction in the minimum side-yard requirement and increases to the maximum lot coverage and building-depth requirements to construct a two-storey rear addition and attached garage to an existing one-and-a-half storey single-family dwelling. The detached garage and rear deck will be removed to accommodate the proposed addition.
D13-032-2016 – 236 Park St.
Minor variance to increase the maximum allowed residential building depth from 13.5 metres to 15.8 metres, to construct a single-storey rear addition (3.05 metres X 4.88 metres) to an existing single-family dwelling.

Minor variance to reduce the minimum rear-yard depth and to increase the maximum permitted height to construct a two-storey single-family dwelling.
