Minor variance application to construct a third storey on the front portion of the existing semi-detached building and a second storey on the rear portion of the existing building. The applicant seeks relief to reduce the minimum side-yard setback requirements on both the east and west sides of the existing structure, reduce the minimum aggregate side-yard setback and increase the maximum permitted height of any exterior wall to facilitate the proposed addition.
