174 Princess St. – D13-032-2019

Minor variance application to increase the maximum density, reduce the number of required parking spaces and reduce the minimum amenity space requirement to convert the second storey commercial space to two residential units.

26 Rideau St. – D13-036-2019

Permission application to permit the expansion of an existing legal non-conforming use (residential) to allow an existing third residential unit on the ground floor of a residential building.

124 Beverley St. – D10-006-2019

Consent application to request to sever a lot containing an existing single family dwelling, resulting in a retained lot with 18.3 metres of frontage and a new vacant lot with 12 metres of frontage.

621 Fieldstone Dr. – D13-037-2019

Minor variance application to request relief of the Projections into Yards provision to permit the stairs from an upper tier deck to extend within the minimum setback from the rear lot line. A second variance is requested to reduce the Projections into Yards provision to permit a portion of a ground deck to be located within the minimum setback from the rear lot line.

316 Victoria St. – D13-035-2019

Minor variance application to reduce the minimum side yard, aggregate side yard and projections into yards setbacks, to construct a one-storey addition on the south west corner of the dwelling and a rear deck on the existing single family dwelling.
