Permission requested to change the existing non-conforming use of an industrial unit (60/62 Rideau St.) from a sail loft to a physiotherapy, massage or chiropractic use.

1264 Channelview Rd. – D13-023-2017

Minor variance requested to reduce the minimum "Water Setback" to permit a building or structure.

6 Scott St. – D13-025-2017

Minor variance requested to reduce the minimum front-yard setback required along the yard that abuts Carruthers Avenue, reduce the minimum rear-yard setback required and increase the maximum percentage of lot coverage required to construct an 8.3 square metre, one-storey enclosed entrance to the basement of a single-family dwelling.

39 First Ave. – D13-027-2017
