1093 Midland Ave. – D13-014-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum 50 metre setback of a drive-through service facility from a zone which permits a residential use to permit a drive-through facility at the south east corner of the subject lot abutting Midland Avenue. The subject lot abuts a C2 zone property to the south which permits an accessory dwelling unit, therefore the variance is required.

534 Aragon Rd. – D10-017-2017

To request to sever a 1.9 hectare parcel of land with 140 metres of road frontage on Aragon Road for a residential lot, and retain a 1.3 hectare parcel of land with 76 metres of road frontage on Aragon Road and its existing single-family dwelling.

534 Aragon Rd. – D13-007-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum lot area requirement of the proposed severed lot from 2.0 hectares to 1.9 hectares for a residential lot.

122 Wellington St. – D13-017-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum required number of parking spaces, to reduce the minimum amenity area requirement for a multiple-family dwelling and increase the maximum density requirement in order to convert a ground-floor commercial unit to a residential unit while retaining two existing residential units within the existing structure.

283 Queen St. – D13-018-2018

To request to reduce the parking-stall size from the regulated 2.75 metres by 5.8 metres to the proposed 2.6 metres by 5.2 metres, and to reduce the setback from neighbouring residentially zoned properties from the regulated 6 metres to the proposed 1.7 metres, to facilitate the construction of a parking structure.

1315 Channelview Rd. – D13-016-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum required front yard depth to permit the construction of a proposed detached, two-car garage on the subject property.

1291 Matias Crt. – D13-015-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum side- and rear-yard setbacks for an accessory structure in Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26, to recognize the location of the existing storage shed located in the rear yard.

25 Aragon Rd. – D10-014-2018

To request to sever a 1.7 hectare parcel of land with 62.5 metres of road frontage on Aragon Road and retain a 2.2 hectare parcel of land with 78 metres of road frontage on Aragon Road.

25 Aragon Rd. – D13-019-2018

To request a reduction in the minimum lot area of the retained lot (D10-014-2018) from 100 metres to 78 metres.
