Consent Application to re-instate the historical lot fabric which will result in two separate lots, each having a single family dwelling on a separate and distinct title. Minor Variance requested to recognize the reduced lot area of the severed lot and to reduce the minimum rear yard setback and interior side yard setback to recognize the location of the accessory structure from the new lot line.
