4084 Florida Rd. – D13-057-2018

Minor variance application to request to reduce the minimum side-yard requirement from 9 metres to 8.2 metres to accommodate the location of a new single-detached dwelling and its separation from the sewage disposal system.

754 Gardiners Rd. – D10-016-2018 and D13-056-2018

Consent and variance applications to request to sever approximately 10,622 square metres of land from the RioCan Plaza and convey it to an adjacent landowner for future development as a public road. As a result of the proposed severance, several zone provisions require variances.

616 Gardiners Rd. – D10-018-2018 and D13-055-2018

Consent and minor variance applications to request to sever approximately 7,357 square metres of land from the RioCan Plaza and convey it to an adjacent landowner for future development as a public road. As a result of the proposed severance, several zone provisions require variances.

3108 Babcock Rd. – D10-012-2018 and D10-013-2018 and D13-053-2018

Consent applications to request to create two 1hectare parcels of land with 60 metres of road frontage on Babcock Road while retaining a 3.7 hectare parcel of land with road frontage on Babcock Road containing a single family dwelling municipally addressed as 3108 Babcock Rd.

Minor variance application D13-053-2018 is to request to amend Section 5(13)(c) of the zoning bylaw to not apply the setbacks to the zoning lines, but to the setbacks of the lot lines on a lot with multiple zones.
