Minor Variance Application to construct a one storey enclosed entrance to the basement of a single family dwelling. The proposed structure will enclose the existing exterior stairway to the basement apartment along the west side of the dwelling, abutting Carruthers Avenue.

2698 Princess Street – D13-028-2019

Minor Variance Application to facilitate the development of a new one-storey retail building on the site.

7 The Point Road – D13-042-2019

Minor Variance Application to reduce the setback from a private right-of-way and to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure in order to permit the construction of a new two-storey garage.

216 Frontenac Street – D13-040-2019

Minor Variance Application increase the maximum permitted residential building depth for a proposed second residential unit through the construction of a rear addition.
