The applicant has submitted a minor variance application to allow the development of accessory buildings – a detached garage and in-ground swimming pool. Variances are also required to recognize the location of existing accessory buildings on the property.

Consent application to sever a lot containing a single-family dwelling, resulting in a retained lot with 702 m2 of lot area and 18.3 m of frontage along Beverley Street and a new lot that is 462 m2 in size with 12 m of frontage on Beverley Street.
188 Churchill Cr. – D13-012-2018
A minor variance application to reduce the minimum aggregate side yard requirement and maximum building depth requirement to facilitate the development of a new single-family dwelling on the subject property.
