104 Ellerbeck St. – D13-031-2016

The purpose and effect of the proposed minor variance is to request a reduction in the minimum side-yard requirement setback for a front dormer from the dwelling wall and increases to the maximum lot coverage and building-depth requirements to construct a two-storey rear addition and single-storey attached garage to an existing one and a half-storey single-family dwelling. The detached garage and rear deck will be removed to accommodate the proposed addition.

1260 Channnelview Rd. – D13-039-2016

To request reduction of the setback from a high-water mark to permit the construction of a single-family dwelling on the subject lot.

61 Colborne St. – D13-053-2016

To request a reduction of the interior side yard, front yard setback and aggregate side-yard setbacks for the construction of a second storey on the existing single-family dwelling.

151 Sutherland Dr. – D13-052-2016

To request a reduction of the setback between the garage and the principal dwelling.

949 Futures Gate – D13-001-2017

To request a reduction in the setback distance between a drive-through facility and a zone that permits a residential use.
