2649 Hughes Rd. – D13-017-2017
The purpose of the application is to request a variance to the minimum interior side yard setback requirement in the ‘A1' zone in Zoning Bylaw Number 32-74 to permit the construction of a 62 square metre detached garage.
90 Aragon Road – D10-012-2017; D13-011-2017
The purpose and effect of consent application D10-012-2017 is to sever a two-hectare parcel of land with 63.7 metres of road frontage on Aragon Road. The retained two-hectare parcel of land with 63.7 metres of road frontage is subject to Minor Variance Application D13-011-2017 to reduce the minimum road frontage from 100 metres to 63.7 metres.
362 Division St. – D13-021-2017
The purpose the application is to establish two residential dwelling units (one four-bedroom unit and one three-bedroom unit) on the ground floor of the existing building at 362 Division St., in the location of a non-conforming commercial use. There are eight, one-bedroom units in the upper two floors of the existing building.
86 Lakeshore Blvd. – D13-020-2017
The purpose and effect of the application is to obtain permission to make a 3.3 square-metre addition to the house, rebuild and enlarge the existing deck in the rear yard of the property. The current deck is 2.8 by 4.6 metres and is 12.9 square metres. The proposed deck would be 5 by 5.5 metres and 27.5 square metres. The proposed deck would be 18.95 metres from the shore line.
62 Harrison Lane – D13-002-2017
The purpose and effect of the application is to add a second floor, add a proper foundation/basement and repair the existing building.
