The purpose of the application is to request a reduction of the minimum interior side-yard and rear-yard requirements in the ‘A2' General Agricultural in Zoning Bylaw Number 76-26 to recognize the location of a utility shed located in the rear yard.
85 Centre St. – D13-007-2017
The purpose of the application is to request an increase in the maximum permitted building depth and to reduce the minimum required front yard for two additions.
60 Park Cres. – D13-009-2017
The purpose of the application is to request a reduction of the minimum road frontage requirement from 16.764 metres to 16.734 metres, being a reduction of 0.03 metres (3 centimeters) for the retained lot, subject to consents.

Request to sever a 772.98 square metre parcel of land with 16.725 metres of road frontage on Park Crescent.

Request to sever a 620.8 square metre parcel of land with 18.37 metres of road frontage on Crerar Boulevard. The 651.3 square metre retained parcel is a corner lot and will have 12.845 metres of road frontage on Park Crescent and 29.23 metres on Crerar Boulevard.

The purpose of the application is to request demolition of an existing detached garage and construct a two-storey (attached garage on main floor and bedroom on the second floor) rear addition to an existing single family dwelling.
