The purpose and effect of the proposed minor variance is to request a reduction of the minimum amenity space requirement to construct a two-storey addition to the rear of a multiple family dwelling.

To request a reduction of the minimum required side yard, aggregate side yard, and front-yard setback requirement to permit the reconstruction of an attached single-car garage within the existing footprint.

To request consent to sever an existing lot into two equal lots with 7.1 metres of road frontage on Carfa Crescent.

1230 Carfa Cres. – D13-003-2017 & D13-014-2017

To request a reduction of the required minimum frontage requirement from 7.5 metres to 7.1 metres for the severed and retained lot (D10-013-2017).

214 Green Bay Rd. – D13-012-2017

To request an increase to the maximum permitted height for an accessory building to permit the proposed one-and-one-half-storey garage as an accessory structure to a proposed single detached dwelling.
