96 Dundas St. – D13-033-2017

Permission for construction of an accessory structure in the rear yard and to increase in the maximum residential-building depth to construct a second-storey addition and rear addition. An additional variance is requested to increase the maximum area of a two-storey deck at the rear of the proposed two-storey dwelling.

35 Lyons St. – D13-032-2017

Minor variance to reduce the minimum required bicycle-parking space width, from 0.6 metres to 0.3 metres, in order to locate 87 required bicycle-parking spaces for a phased residential development under an existing bicycle-parking shelter.

3225 Hughes Rd. – D13-024-2017

Minor variance to reduce the minimum required lot area requirement in the 'A2' zone from 2 hectares to 1.77 hectares to permit an agricultural use on the subject property.

1114 Dillingham St. – D13-029-2017

Minor variance to reduce the minimum side-yard setback requirement from 1.2 metres to 0.3 metres to permit a 1.2 metre-wide subsurface stair and foundation wall to create exterior access into the basement.
