Public invited to City Hall Ambassadors meeting with Hugh Mackenzie and Paul Robertson

The Ambassadors of City Hall will welcome tourism expert Hugh Mackenzie and City Curator Paul Robertson as keynote speakers at their annual general meeting on Wednesday, March 26 from 10a.m. to noon in Memorial Hall, City Hall. Hugh Mackenzie, General Manager of Kingston Thousand Island Cruises and Kingston Trolley Tours will speak about Kingston's hometown attractions and tourism industry. Mackenzie will be joined by Kingston's City Curator, Paul Robertson who will present a fascinating look at the City's artifact collection and future plans for its management. The public is invited and there is no charge to attend.
City Hall has approximately 40 committed volunteer Ambassadors – tour guides who work May to September to share the exciting history of City Hall's artifacts and the personalities who built Canada's First Capital with visitors and residents alike.
Become an Ambassador
At the meeting, guests will be invited to apply to become an Ambassador of City Hall, a National historic site
Ambassadors meet people from all over the world and build civic pride, while walking in the same footsteps as Canada's first Prime Minister, Sir John A. Macdonald.
