Public Notice of the City of Kingston's Council Meeting Schedule for the 2014 Operating and Capital Budget Deliberations, for the Corporation of the City of Kingston, Including the Municipally owned Utilities.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston begins operating and capital budget discussions on November 25, 2013. At these meetings the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston will consider amending By-law 2005-10 "A By-law to Establish Fees and Charges to be Collected by the Corporation of the City of Kingston" and a by-law to repeal and replace By-law 2013-19, "A By-Law to Impose Miscellaneous Charges and Appliance Rental Rates," to reflect the Council approved rates for 2014.
The following proposed 2014 Budget Review meetings begin at 6 p.m. and will be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Ontario Street:
- Monday, Nov. 25 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting
- Tuesday, Nov. 26 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting
- Wednesday, Nov. 27 Committee of the Whole Budget Review Meeting (if required)
City Council proposes to adopt the 2014 municipal operating and capital and municipally owned utility budgets at its meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2013.
