Monday, Dec. 17 at 5:30 p.m. at 1211 John Counter Blvd.

102 Pine St. – D13-062-2018 – Minor variance application

The site is located at 102 Pine St. (see key map). The purpose and effect of the application is to amend Zoning Bylaw 8499 to provide relief from the required maximum building depth of 14.9 metres to allow for the construction of a second storey addition above an existing ground floor addition.

54 Edgehill St. – D13-066-2018 – Minor variance application

The site is located at 54 Edgehill St. (see key map). The purpose and effect of the application is to amend Zoning Bylaw 8499 to permit the expansion of a non-complying accessory structure to allow for the reconstruction and increase in height and depth of a detached garage to meet user accessibility requirements.

The applications can be viewed at the office of the planning division at 1211 John Counter  Blvd., between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The information is now available on the City's website at www.CityofKingston.ca/DASH and search the address of the subject property.

Public comment: Any person or public body may provide written comments or oral submissions in respect of the proposed application. Written comments must be provided to the comment contact for the property (indicated above) no later than 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 14, 2018. Oral  submissions must be made to the Committee of Adjustment at the time and place noted in this Public Notice. If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Committee of Adjustment in  respect of the proposed application, you must make a written request to the comment contact for the property.
