Power Play Sports has made application for a permanent exemption to Noise Control By-Law 2004-52 Schedule "A" to permit noise from buzzers and whistles at 820 Gardiners Rd. between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sundays.

The current by-law prohibits this activity at all times.

Anyone wishing to object to this exemption should deliver their concerns in writing or by e-mail before 4 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2013 to:
