Notice Of Intention To Stop Up, Close, Declare Surplus And Dispose Of Municipal Property
PURSUANT TO the City's Public Notice Policy take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Kingston intends to consider the following actions with regard to municipal property:
- To stop up and close, declare surplus and dispose of a portion of the Road Allowance known as South Bartlett Street on Registered Plan 157, City of Kingston more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 13R-20637;
- To stop up and close, declare surplus and dispose of the Road Allowance Between Lot 17 and Lot 18, Concession 4, City of Kingston, Geographic Township of Kingston, more particularly described as Part 1 on Reference Plan 13R-20581;
- To declare surplus and dispose of a vacant land parcel at 261 Weller St.;
City Council will consider these matters on June 4, 2013 at 7 p.m. at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Kingston. Location maps are available for review at the address noted below during regular business hours.
Anyone wishing to be heard regarding these matters should contact the Clerk's Office or provide written comments before 4:30 p.m. June 3, 2013.
In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
