The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit two self-contained residential units to be legally recognized and to request zoning relief for minimum lot area requirements, and yard setbacks for the existing building and accessory structure (a shed).

Applications for Zoning By-Law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision to permit a 369 lot residential subdivision with parkland, open space, a stormwater management facility and environment protection areas.
