There will be a briefing from staff on the development review process and service improvement plan.

58 Centre St. – Jennifer Bailey – D14-032-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit two dwelling units within the existing  structure. An amendment is required to reduce the minimum required lot area.

1905 John Counter Blvd. & 225 Purdy's Ct. – Pyke Farms – D14-016-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to allow the uses to continue to operate on the  property as they do not comply with the existing zoning.

Pending and Committed Residential Development Supply - January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013

The purpose of this report is to provide information on the inventory of potential residential dwelling units in the urban area from January to June 30, 2013. This residential inventory includes Secondary Plans, plans of subdivision and site plan applications.

Information regarding the above can be viewed at the Planning and Development Department, 1211 John Counter Blvd., during normal office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
