The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to increase the maximum number of dwelling units from 140 units to 145 units and to increase the maximum number of bedrooms from 485 to 505, within the existing approved structure. The applicant is also requesting that dwelling units be permitted in a cellar, as defined in Zoning By-Law No. 8499.

805 Dalton Ave. – Cruickshank – D14—038-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit open storage on the property, and to reduce the required minimum front yard setback along Dalton Avenue, due to a required road widening.

40 Helen St.– 2367940 Ontario Inc. – D14-042-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to rezone the subject property to permit three dwelling units within the existing structure. The property contains two existing legal non-conforming dwelling units. The proposal will contain a total of three units consisting of seven bedrooms; one 2-bedroom unit; and, one 4-bedroom unit. The applicant is not proposing any expansion of the structure as part of this application.

Lots 13, 20, & 21, River's Edge Phase 2 – Braebury Homes – D14-043-2013

Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to reduce the minimum lot area from 340 square metres to 318 square metres, the minimum rear yard depth from 7.5 metres and 4.5 metres and to increase the maximum lot coverage from 40% to 50% in order to accommodate a dwelling on each of the irregularly shaped lots.
