The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.
655 Graceland Ave. –1829871 Ontario Ltd. – D12-010-2013 & D14-041-2013
Applications for Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-Law Amendment to construct a residential subdivision consisting of 53 single detached dwelling lots, one park block, one walkway and one storm water management pond.
809 & 829 Development Dr. – Bayridge Co-operative Development Corporation – D14-046-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to construct a multiple residential development consisting of 8 structures with up to 16 units per building. The proposal includes complementary accessory uses, such as a clubhouse, guest parking and buffering from the abutting wetland area.
70 St. Remy Place – Bell Mobility Inc. – D11-254-2009
Application for Site Plan Control to construct a 45.7 metre communications tower north of the CNR rail line, east of Sir John A. Macdonald Boulevard, south of Dalton Avenue at the end of the western extension of St. Remy Place. As per City policies for new communications towers, a Public Forum is required to be held by the Planning Committee. Notice of this meeting has been sent to landowners within 120 metres of the subject property and a sign has been posted on the subject lands. As the communications tower is federally regulated, public consultation is required by Industry Canada and the final approval for the tower will be issued by Industry Canada.

Population, Housing and Employment Projections Study
The purpose of this staff report is to present the updated population, housing and employment projections for the City of Kingston which have been prepared by Meridian Planning Consulting in association with The Centre for Spatial Economics (C4SE). The projections are contained within a Report entitled "City of Kingston and Kingston CMA, Population, Housing and Employment Projections: dated September 2013, updated to October 17, 2013. The consulting team will be providing a briefing on the report.
Information regarding the above can be viewed at the Planning and Development Department, 1211 John Counter Blvd., during normal office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
