The City of Kingston Planning Committee will meet to discuss the matters listed below beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Applications for Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit a commercial development with approximately 20,000 square metres (215,000 square feet) of commercial space consisting of a large format retail outlet and four smaller commercial buildings.
221 Queen St., 151 Clergy Street and 30-34 Colborne Street – BPE Development – D14-047-2013
Application for Zoning By-Law Amendment to redevelop the subject properties by constructing additions onto the existing church building and converting the use to residential units by constructing 37 dwelling units and 33 parking spaces below grade (one parking space above grade).
